WIN's commitment to driving the future of the industry is anchored by our investment in women aspiring to work in collision repair. Student membership provides access to a number of valuable resources and opportunities to support them on their journey. These include technical courses, industry news & trends, relationship building & networking with industry leaders, and our robust scholarship program. There is no cost for student memberships, thanks to the generous support of our sponsors & members!

WIN Scholarship Application

The 2025 Scholarship Applications are open until March 6, 2025.

Tuition costs can be a challenge, especially for aspiring collision repair professionals who also need to equip their toolboxes — but the Women's Industry Network is here to help! We offer funding opportunities to collision repair students to support their educational journeys. With our easy-to-navigate scholarship application process, pursuing a future in collision repair has never been more accessible.

Instructors are encouraged to Join as a member or nonmember subscriber to stay apprised of announcements. Students are welcome to join WIN for free at anytime to enjoy full benefits of membership!

Collision Repair Student Scholarship Program

Our scholarship program is designed to encourage women with an interest in the industry to continue on that path, as well as equip those who have demonstrated a commitment to pursuing a career in collision repair. Recipients are chosen by our Scholarship Committee based on the applications submitted. 

There are currently four award tiers, detailed below.

Scholarship Eligibility Requirements

  • High school seniors or post-secondary students enrolled in a collision repair program and studying collision repair for at least one semester prior to application
  • Completion of Collision Repair School Solutions Survey by a qualified collision instructor
  • Individual eligibility factors for each award can include gender, school attending, year in school, future plans, outside activities, and/or financial need

Mikayla Hoth

Brooklyn Park, Minn. (Dunwoody College of Technology)

Mikayla was WIN's 2024 Trailblazer Scholarship Recipient. She began Dunwoody college of Technology back in 2022 where she found her love for the industry. She now is proud to enter the next chapter after college accepting a position in fall 2024 at 3M headquarters in Minnesota. Mikayla looks forward to growing her career in years to come and thanks WIN for the scholarship and connections that made it possible to be able to continue her collision repair passion.

Jessica Crowley

Boise, Idaho (Western Idaho’s Autobody Program)

Jessica was a 2011 WIN scholarship recipient, and in 2012 she was invited back to the WIN conference after placing 3rd in the nation at the SkillsUSA National competition for Automotive Refinish Technology. Following her graduation, Jessica went to work at Idaho Wrecker Sales, as the lead commercial painter. After Idaho Wrecker Sales, she found her next chapter in the industry at PPG on the Commercial and Industrial division. Today, she continues growing in her roles and industry knowledge at PPG, and stays involved with WIN and SKillsUSA where she is active in promoting the USA Competitor for WorldSkills.

Support the Future of Collision Repair

There are two great ways for you to support WIN's Scholarship Program & future women in collision repair! In 2023 we raised over $8,000 for our award program, providing scholarship assistance & tools to passionate and deserving women pursuing a career in collision.

WIN Scholarship Walk

Participate in person or virtually.

The walk takes place each year at WIN's annual conference, but anyone is welcome to sign-up and organize a walk in their community or simply gift their registration fee to the program (no walking required!).

Team Fundraising

Compete as teams for industry recognition.

Organize, join, or donate to a fundraising team to collect contributions for WIN's Scholarship Program. Top fundraising teams will be recognized with fun prizes, a free press release, and social media posts.
