Please read the following information carefully

WIN's Conference Ticket refund policy is as follows :

In-person tickets can be cancelled until April 21, 2025 and WIN will refund the difference. After April 21, no refunds will be issued for in-person tickets. We have carefully priced our in-person tickets to cover our minimum costs, and we will be fully obligated to our vendors after April 21. In-person attendees are fully responsible for booking and cancelling their own travel and hotel reservation, and those reservations are subject to the cancellation/change policy of those vendors.

All adjustment amounts will be based on the timestamp of this change request form.  We will issue a full or partial refund for the appropriate price difference based on the time stamp of the change request. You will receive a confirmation number once you complete the request - please write it down.
